Yes, Mexico requires a valid driver's license (from any country). Without one you can rent an ATV (quad bike) or move around by taxi or bike.

Where do you deliver the scooter?

If you stay at a Nomad Humans property, we deliver directly to your door at no extra cost. Otherwise we coordinate a pickup point in Tulum centro or at your hotel.

How much does a scooter cost per day?

Price varies by season, length and guest discount. You make the reservation online in seconds and see the exact price before paying. We have progressive discounts by duration (2+ days, 5+, 7+, 15+, 30+).

Can I pay cash or only with card?

We accept card (secure Stripe checkout, USD or MXN), bank transfer, or cash on delivery. Card payments include a 3.5% bank surcharge.

What if I have an accident or the scooter breaks?

You have 24/7 WhatsApp support. If it's a mechanical failure on our end, we bring you another scooter immediately. If it was an accident with damages, there's a deductible discussed at booking time.
